Irene is a fan of Spartacus: Blood and Sand.1 month agoSonja Bjorklund and Michelle Heitman-Forbes like this. When you get past the cranberry juice kind of blood and digitally repeated double or even triple (ridiculous) scream of Spartacus, it's quite an interesting show. It surely feeds those who are starving for cruelty.Sign in to comment to this.

Well Tunerfish a full season of Spartacus went by. THE last season and it didn't even get on here. So I was watching War of the Damned not Blood and Sand.Sign in to comment to this.

Irene was watching Spartacus: Blood and Sand.2 months ago via iPhoneMichelle Heitman-Forbes and Sonja Bjorklund like this.Season 1 Episode 1 (Checking it out because I heard there's a lot of blood and violence. I'm already several minutes in and can't stop frowning at very obvious and quite unrealistic cgi).2 months agoSign in to comment to this.

1x01 Slow-motion fights, the "in your face" kind of special effects, unrealistically enormous splashes of blood that sometimes looks more like paint or cranberry juice. Oh and of course the general pompousness. For some reason I expected more than that.Sign in to comment to this.
